Exclusive: I knew Govt would cheat Baba Ramdev, says Anna
New Delhi: In an exclusive discussion with Live India, Member of the Drafting committee of Lokpal Bill and Gandhian Anna Hazare, stated that he knew that the UPA government would cheat Yoga guru Baba Ramdev during his agitation against corruption.
When four cabinet ministers came to receive Baba Ramdev at the Delhi Airport ahead of his indefinite fast against corruption, I knew that the corrupt government is making fishy moves and would certainly cheat Bab Ramdev at a certain pint of time, said Anna Hazare. And it did happen as we all saw.
Hazare also said Thank god, no minister came to talk to me when I started my fight against corruption.
Management guru Arindham Chaudhary, who was the part of discussion as well, said “Government is dividing Anna and Ramdev due to their own interest”.
Neelam Krishnamurthi, one of the victims of Uphaar Tragedy in which 59 people were killed, was also available during the discussion. Neelam who fought for justice for over 14 years said nobody is reaching to the root cause of corruption. And money shouldn’t be the only thing to be counted as corruption.
Concluding the show, Anna Hazare asked youth to know their power and demanded to come out in huge support to strengthen the fight against corruption.
According to the data provided by the Transparency International, 54 out of 100 people in the country are corrupt.
The discussion also included Arvind Kejriwala, Management guru Arindham Chaudhary, actor and activist Raja Bundela, Executive Director Transparency International Anupama Jha and Bollywood Director Sudhir Mishra came out with different aspects to strengthen the fight against corruption.
The veteran activist is sitting on a day long fast tomorrow at Rajghat. Live India appeals all the citizens to support the cause with their presence at the mentioned venue.

Iwant to refresh history knowledge of sudir mishra jinhone kaha ki corruption ke birodh karne walon ko yeh nahi kahna chahiy ki in politicions ne60-62 sall main kuch nahi kia.mishra ji hum mante hain ki in logon ne kiya hai,lekin hamen yad rakhna chhiye ki angrejon ne bhi bahut kuch kiya taha lekin is des ko loot ne ke liye.Or yahi kam in netaon ne bhi kia hai. Isliye jis prakar hum angrejon ki alochna karte hain usi prakar inki alochna karna bhi aapka uttardayitva banta hai.Is ke babjood agar aap sarkar ki prasansa karte hain to phir bhgwan aapko sadbuddide congresswale keh rahe hain ki anna ya ramdev ki tulna gandhiji se karna galat hai.but mera kekna hai ki gandhi koi ek person nahin the balki Gandhi ek vichardahra hai jo ki sattya, ahimsa,anayay na sahan karna jese mul sidhanton per adharit hai.Agar koi person jo in sidhanto kea palan karta hai ya garibon ke hit ki baat udhata hai wah har vayakti gandhi hai.
I wd also lagree with Arindam Choudhary Statement that for corruption free nation, Our judisitial system should be reform i.e. no of judges/courts should be increase effectively, otherwise law and justice corrupt logo k hatho ki putli ban kar reh jayege.What ur opinion guys…
debate was worthy one and was awakening in towards the way or a path to initiate a fight against corruption.
country is once again a slave and this time no external element is affecting the democracy but this time our politicians and their corrupt nature is ruining our democracy…….. so the debate should always be with the peoples who are non-political and are more concerned with social cause.

I was watching the whole prograame , but just confused about 1 thing why all these members of lok pal bill including anna hazare are asking for the youth support. 2. IN PUBLIC SERVICES OFFICES ; THERE SHOULD BE TIME LIMIT FOR ANY WORK & STRICT PENALTY FOR RELATED OFFICERS / MINISSTERS
3. CORRUPTION AWARENESS & POPULATION CONTROL ( PRIME REQUIREMENT)
4. As All Divided “”CIVIL SOCIETY “” MUST UNITED AGAINST CORRUPTION

i would like to appriciate live india for such a news & topic which they have arise today… i wish i could be a part of this discution and could say somthng bout this. actly we know that we are suffering from a viral called crruption but we r still still. we don’t know wht we are waiting for ? when we suffer from cold or virus we just rush to doctor for treatment , can’t we do so in this case also? its also a virus which is effecting us as well as our genration. we are now educated enough to understand the things , we r working with multinational’s but we can’t take time to fight this bcz we r busy having fun at mall’s/pubbs/ disco’s and hotels with our family & frends.

Fight against corruption is a big fight and lets take it one by one.Our first aim should be to curb corruption at highest level which is both cause and effect of corporate corruption. Lets not divided and welcome whosoever is supporting this big fight at this stage.
