On Friday in Mumbai, veteran actor Junior Mehmood, who was fighting stage four cancer, passed away. He was sixty-seven years old. Early on Friday morning, the actor passed away. A family acquaintance of Junior Mehmood verified the story, saying, “He died in Mumbai yesterday night at two in the morning. He had stomach cancer, and for the past four days, he had been unwell. Following today’s afternoon prayers, his last rites will be carried out in the Santacruz burial cemetery.”
Renowned actor Junior Mehmood, who has acted in movies such as “Aan Milo Sajna” and “Kati Patang,” is presently battling stage four cancer. “He was sick for two months and initially we thought that he might have some minor problem but after that suddenly his weight started decreasing,” said Salam Kazi, a close friend of Jr. Mehmood, in an earlier interview with ANI. Upon receiving the medical reports, it was discovered that the patient had intestinal tumors, cancer in the liver and lungs, and jaundice. Treatment is ongoing, but according to the experts, the cancer is in stage four.”
Actor Sachin Pilgaonkar, who has acted in movies like as “Nadiya Ke Paar” and “Balika Badhu,” recently asked his followers to offer prayers for the well-being of legendary actor Junior Mehmood. “I request you all to pray for my childhood friend Jr Mehmood who’s suffering from a fatal illness,” Sachin said in a post on Instagram on Tuesday.
