Suriya and Bobby Deol Starrer 'Kanguva' Trailer Released

The highly anticipated trailer for the film Kanguva, starring Suriya and Bobby Deol, has finally been unveiled.

Marking the occasion of director Siruthai Siva's birthday, Suriya took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share the trailer with fans, expressing his pride in the project and wishing Siva a happy birthday.

His post read, "Incredibly proud of all that we have done together as a team, thank you, have a very very happy birthday dearest Siva!! Here's our #Kanguvatrailer for you dear all!"

The trailer sets the tone for what promises to be an epic saga, opening with a mysterious elderly woman hinting at untold secrets hidden on the island. The visuals then introduce the characters of Suriya and Bobby Deol as powerful tribal leaders, both seemingly destined for a confrontation that will drive the movie's narrative. The anticipation is heightened as the trailer hints at the involvement of other significant characters, including a brief, enigmatic glimpse of a tribal man on horseback, who fans believe to be Karthi, Suriya's brother.

Adding to the excitement, the first song from the film, titled "Fire," was released as a lyrical video on Suriya's 49th birthday. The track, described as a "lion's roar and firestorm," mirrors the intense, untamed spirit of Suriya's character in Kanguva. Sung by B Praak and Pavithra Chari, with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad, the song's powerful beats and visuals further build anticipation for the film.

Produced by Studio Green, Kanguva is one of the most awaited films of the year. Set 1,500 years in the past, the film features an ensemble cast, including Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, and Ananda. Fans can look forward to witnessing this historical action drama on October 10, when the movie is scheduled for release.
