October 16, 2024: Chloë Grace Moretz, Anthony Ramos, and Manny Jacinto have joined the cast of the upcoming romantic comedy Love Language.
The film, directed and written by Joey Power (known for After Everything and Banana Split), has also added notable stars Lukas Gage (The White Lotus, Euphoria), Isabel May (1883, Masters of the Air), and Billie Lourd (Ticket to Paradise, Booksmart) to its ensemble cast.
Though plot specifics are being kept under wraps, Love Language is billed as a rom-com and promises a unique blend of romance and humor. With such a talented and diverse cast, the movie is expected to explore relationships and communication in a compelling, modern way.
Production is set to begin in mid-October in Chicago, with CAA Media Finance handling the U.S. distribution rights. The film is being fully financed by Caviar, the production company behind the critically acclaimed Sound of Metal.
The movie’s production team includes Ari Lubet of 3 Arts Entertainment, Jost and Jeff Grosvenor of No Notes Productions, and Bert Hamelinck and Allison Hironaka of Caviar. Executive producers include Michael Sagol (Caviar) and Tyson Bidner, adding further industry clout to the project.
With a strong team behind it and a star-studded cast, Love Language is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated rom-coms in the making.
