The popularity of the action thriller “Animal,” starring Bobby Deol and Ranbir Kapoor, doesn’t seem to be waning anytime soon. In just two days, the movie has already joined the Rs 100 crore club in India.
‘Animal’ made a total of Rs 113.12 crore Nett in Hindi after earning RS 58.37 crore on its second day of release following a phenomenal opening. The film’s total earnings in India, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, are Rs 131.07 crore Nett.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted a picture to Instagram with the caption, “‘ANIMAL’ IS A BOXOFFICE MONSTER…#Animal goes WILD on Day 2 [Sat]… The response from mass pockets, metros, and non-metros is AWESOME, bringing the two-day total to over Rs 100 cr. “Animal” turned out to be Ranbir’s most successful debut film.
The film “Animal,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, features Triptii Dimri, Rashmika Mandana, Anil Kapoor, and Shakti Kapoor. Anil and Ranbir Kapoor portray a father-son relationship in the story.
Ranbir’s persona is perceived as menacing anyone who obstructs his love for his father because he is overly protective and obsessed about his father’s affection.
The film, which lasted three hours and twenty-one minutes, was released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
