AP Dhillon’s Guitar Smash at Coachella Sparks Debate

Indo-Canadian singer AP Dhillon had his first-ever show at Coachella 2024, but it didn’t quite hit the right note for everyone. During his performance, Dhillon tried to wow the crowd, but things took a turn when he smashed his guitar at the end.

He shared a clip of his performance on Instagram, and reactions poured in. Some folks were disappointed, saying breaking guitars to look cool isn’t right. They explained that in rock and metal music, breaking guitars happens because of the energy and intensity of the performance, not just for show.

Others called Dhillon overrated for trying too hard to be cool. They felt he should respect the instrument that got him where he is.

Last year, Dhillon visited India to promote his documentary series, “AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind.” The series tells his story of moving to Canada and making it big as a singer, despite the challenges he faced.

Dhillon hopes his story inspires others to dream big and work hard, showing that anything is possible with determination.
