🗓️ April 17, 2025 | BluSmart, once hailed as India’s fastest-growing electric ride-hailing platform, is now facing a wave of user complaints, just a day after its promoter’s other company, Gensol Engineering Ltd (GEL), came under SEBI’s regulatory lens.

Users from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru have reported an inability to book cabs, prompting concerns about the company’s operations and calls for wallet refunds.

🛑 What Triggered the Crisis?

The issue appears linked to SEBI’s interim order against Gensol Engineering and its promoters, Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi, barring them from participating in securities markets over allegations of financial misappropriation.
