
Eternal Q1 Results 2025: Net Profit Slumps 90% YoY to ₹25 Crore But Revenue Jumps 70%

The Q1 figures were released today by Eternal, the company that runs the food delivery app Zomato.
Compared to ₹253 crore during the same period last year, the company’s consolidated net profit for the June quarter dropped 90 percent year over year to ₹25 crore.
Nonetheless, operating revenue increased 70.4 percent year over year to ₹7,167 crore in Q1FY26 from ₹4,206 crore in the same period last year.
In Q1 FY26, Eternal’s profit after tax (PAT) decreased sequentially by 36% to ₹25 crore from ₹39 crore in Q4 FY25. But, compared to the previous quarter’s ₹5,833 crore, the company’s sales climbed by 22.86 percent sequentially to ₹7,160 crore.

In the first quarter of FY26, its consolidated adjusted EBITDA fell 42% year over year to ₹172 crore.
