Mumbai, January 9: IDFC FIRST Bank has integrated with the Income Tax Portal to facilitate the collection of Direct Taxes on behalf of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), Government of India. IDFC FIRST Bank customers can use the Retail and Corporate Internet Banking platforms to pay their taxes with ease. Additionally, payments can be made at any IDFC FIRST Bank branch using cash, cheques, or demand drafts. The system offers downloadable challans, instant payment confirmations, and a simplified process for managing tax obligations.
