Iran Strikes Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Israeli Hospital: Videos

Iran’s latest barrage of ballistic missiles hits key Israeli infrastructure, including the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and a hospital in Be’er Sheva, injuring 32. Israel responds with strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Tel Aviv, June 19, 2025 — In a dramatic escalation of hostilities, Iran launched multiple ballistic missile strikes across Israel on Thursday, causing extensive damage to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and hitting Soroka Medical Center in Be’er Sheva. Israel’s Magen David Adom rescue service reported at least 32 injuries in the wake of the attacks.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange building was “extensively damaged,” according to local media and Al Jazeera, with emergency teams seen operating on-site amid shattered glass and debris. This marks the first direct strike on Israel’s financial hub in recent memory.

Reacting swiftly to the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning: “Iran’s terrorist dictators fired missiles at Soroka Hospital and at civilians in the center of the country. We will make the tyrants in Tehran pay a heavy price.”

In a retaliatory strike, Israel targeted Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor, a key facility in its nuclear program. According to Iranian state media, the facility had been evacuated in advance, and “no radiation threat” was reported following the Israeli airstrike.

The escalation is part of an intensifying conflict that began on June 13, when Israel launched “Operation Rising Lion”, targeting Iranian military and nuclear sites. In response, Iran initiated “Operation True Promise 3”, focusing on Israeli fighter jet fuel depots and energy infrastructure.

On Wednesday alone, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) deployed 60 fighter jets, striking over 20 military locations in Tehran, including centrifuge and weapons production sites.

Iran’s Supreme Leader has meanwhile dismissed American calls for de-escalation, warning of “irreparable damage” if the U.S. joins the conflict militarily.

📉 What’s at Stake

  • Damage to Tel Aviv’s financial district could rattle investor confidence as markets react to the ongoing missile exchange.
  • The Soroka Hospital attack has sparked international condemnation.
  • With nuclear facilities under fire, regional and global powers may be forced to intervene to prevent catastrophic consequences.
