Over the past 52 weeks, the share price has ranged from a low of ₹533 to a high of ₹941.05, reflecting notable volatility.

In terms of recent performance, Adani Total Gas recorded a slight decline of 1.26% in one day, while showing a marginal increase of 0.11% over the past month and a more robust gain of 11.95% over the last three months.

Technical analysis reveals the daily pivot level set at ₹677.72, with resistance levels at ₹682.88 (R1), ₹692.12 (R2), and ₹697.28 (R3). On the downside, support levels are identified at ₹668.48 (S1), ₹663.32 (S2), and ₹654.08 (S3). These levels are critical for traders to watch for potential breakouts or pullbacks.

Looking at moving averages, the short-term Simple Moving Average (SMA) over 5 days stands at ₹639.17, while the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is higher at ₹652.55. The 10-day SMA and EMA show values of ₹662.76 and ₹650.35 respectively, indicating a mixed short-term trend. Over longer durations, the 50-day SMA and EMA sit closely at ₹645.16 and ₹649.43, while the 100-day SMA and EMA are ₹623.78 and ₹650.57. The 200-day averages indicate a slightly higher EMA at ₹690.46 compared to the SMA of ₹677.77, suggesting that long-term momentum is facing some resistance.

Comparatively, within the same sector, Adani Total Gas has outperformed peers such as Petronet LNG in recent weeks, showing a weekly gain of 9.07% compared to Petronet’s 2.64%. However, over six months and one year, Adani Total Gas has posted negative returns of -10.82% and -24.78%, highlighting some challenges in sustaining long-term growth.

Investors should keep an eye on how the stock behaves around the key pivot and moving average levels in the coming sessions. The sector remains competitive with fluctuating demand dynamics, and stock movements could be influenced by broader energy policies and LPG distribution trends.

Overall, Adani Total Gas presents an interesting case for traders and investors balancing between short-term volatility and longer-term potential in the Indian energy distribution market.
