Oswal Pumps IPO Debuts Today: GMP Signals Up to 12% Listing Premium

Oswal Pumps Ltd is set to make its stock market debut today, June 20, 2025, with equity shares being listed on both BSE and NSE. The company, which recently concluded a ₹1,387.34 crore IPO, has captured investor attention with a strong grey market premium (GMP) and robust subscription numbers.

As per the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) notice, Oswal Pumps shares will be listed under the ‘B’ Group of Securities and available for trading from 10:00 AM as part of the Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS).
“Despite market volatility, Oswal Pumps IPO attracted heavy interest due to attractive valuations, strong fundamentals, and alignment with rural water and solar pump initiatives,” said Prashanth Tapse, Research Analyst, Mehta Equities Ltd.

The issue comprised a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares worth ₹890 crore and an OFS of 81 lakh shares worth ₹497.34 crore.
Price band: ₹584 to ₹614 per share

According to Mahesh M. Ojha, AVP Research at Hensex Securities:
“The company’s leadership in solar pump manufacturing, association with key government schemes like PM-KUSUM, and a credible track record made the IPO attractive across investor categories. A listing premium of 8–12% looks justified.”
Oswal Pumps has a well-diversified portfolio catering to agriculture, industrial, and domestic water solutions, and is positioned to benefit from India’s infrastructure and water management initiatives.
