For the second full-fledged budget of the Modi-led NDA government’s third term, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) have extended trading hours to Saturday, February 1, despite markets typically being closed on weekends. Trading commenced at 9:15 AM, with the day expected to witness high volatility amid budget announcements.
