Smartworks Coworking IPO Price Band, Lot Size & Listing Date Revealed — Don’t Miss Out!
July 14, 2025: Smartworks Coworking IPO – Smartworks Coworking Spaces has launched its IPO with a total issue size of ₹582.56 crore via a bookbuilding process. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.09 crore shares worth ₹445 crore and an offer-for-sale of 0.34 crore shares worth ₹137.56 crore.
Smartworks Coworking IPO bidding started on July 10, 2025, and will close on July 14, 2025, with the allotment expected to be finalized by July 15, 2025. The shares are slated for listing on both the BSE and NSE on July 17, 2025.
Price Band and Lot Size
The price band is fixed between ₹387 to ₹407 per share. The minimum application size for retail investors is 36 shares, requiring an investment of approximately ₹13,932.
Additionally, the IPO includes a reservation of up to 1,01,351 shares for employees, offered at a ₹37 discount to the issue price.
Book-running Lead Manager and Registrar
JM Financial Limited is the book-running lead manager for the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is the registrar for the issue.
