The lawsuit, filed in response to Lively’s harassment allegations, seeks to challenge claims of inappropriate behavior on the set of It Ends With Us.

Alleged Text Exchange Reveals Creative Collaboration
Baldoni’s legal team has presented text messages purportedly showing Lively’s active involvement in wardrobe and creative discussions. One message, in particular, reveals Lively suggesting “sexier clothing” for her character, which Baldoni argues sets the context for his later comments during production.

Lively had accused Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath of misconduct, including entering her trailer uninvited during private moments, such as breastfeeding. Additionally, she claimed that intimate scenes were “unscripted and unplanned.”

Baldoni denies the allegations, insisting that Lively was “comfortable and collaborative” during the filming process. His defence includes:
