“Bollywood gave me fame, but spirituality gave me peace. My decision to leave the industry was driven by my growing inclination toward a higher purpose.”

After years of seclusion and penance, Mamta returned to India to attend the Maha Kumbh 2025, her second Maha Kumbh visit since 2012. Sharing her emotions on social media, she wrote, “Back to my motherland after 25 years. Maha Kumbh 2025 marks another milestone in my spiritual journey.”

Her transformation from a Bollywood icon to a revered spiritual figure reflects a profound evolution, inspiring many to explore paths of self-discovery and inner peace.
