November 9, 2024: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s sprawling 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion remains on the market, listed for a hefty $68 million (Rs. 573,80,00000 approx.). The Hollywood power couple, who purchased the five-acre estate in May 2023 for $60.8 million, initially tried to sell the property off-market in June but went public with the listing in July after failing to find a buyer.

The lavish property boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, and a 12-car garage. For fitness enthusiasts, the estate features an indoor sports complex with pickleball and basketball courts, a boxing ring, and a gym.

While the Beverly Hills estate is up for sale, Affleck has reportedly moved into a separate $20 million home in Brentwood, following the couple’s separation. The split became official in August, when Lopez filed for divorce after two years of marriage. According to court documents, there is no prenuptial agreement in place, and Lopez has chosen to represent herself in the proceedings.

Lopez and Affleck’s whirlwind romance rekindled in 2021, nearly two decades after their first engagement in 2003. They married in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, followed by a grand celebration in Georgia a month later. Despite their split, Lopez reportedly maintains a cordial relationship with Affleck’s three children from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner, while Affleck remains close with Lopez’s twins from her marriage to Marc Anthony.

A source told PEOPLE that Lopez is focusing on her future, adding, “Jennifer is doing well. She doesn’t dwell on the past. She’s grateful for what she has, and the divorce process is ongoing.”
