28 Years Later OTT Release Date: When & Where To Stream Post-Apocalyptic Film Online

After a successful run in theaters, the post-apocalyptic thriller 28 Years Later is set to make its streaming debut this Friday.

September 17, 2025: This weekend, for the first time, you may view a well-known horror movie that is part of a well-known franchise. It came out 28 years ago. The movie did well in theaters, and you can see it on Netflix in the US starting September 20, 2025.

Danny Boyle directed 28 Years Later, which was written by Alex Garland. It came out in theaters on June 20, 2025. It grossed more than $150 million at the box office, which is more than double what it cost to make, which was $60 million. A lot of people liked the movie, and its engaging story kept them on the edge of their seats.

The third movie in the series takes place after the breakout, when the Rage virus has only spread to Great Britain. This lets a new generation grow up on their own.
