Ira Khan, the daughter of Aamir Khan, is getting married to Nupur Shikhare in Udaipur after formally tying the knot in a registered marriage. Tuesday night was the couple’s sangeet. At the event, the bride’s father attracted attention by dedicating a special song to his daughter. A number of videos from Ira and Nupur’s sangeet ceremony are becoming popular. The video of Aamir singing is one of them. In the videos, Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao and their son Azad joined him on stage, and the group sang a unique song in honour of Ira. They performed a number of songs, but one particularly lovely performance of “Phoolon Ka Taron Kaa” drew praise.
‘Afreen Afreen’ was the song that welcomed Nupur and Ira with great fanfare. Ira looked stunning in a red lehenga with gold accents. She accessorised her look by wearing a veil over her head. Nupur appeared to be wearing a grey suit. On January 3, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare got married in a formal ceremony at Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai. Nupur made a very stylish entrance at the location. He was jogging from his house to the venue while sporting a black vest and white shorts. Nupur danced to the sounds of the dhol outside the venue after arriving.It is said that Nupur and Ira got to know each other during the COVID-19 lockdown, when Ira was living with her father and Nupur was training Aamir Khan. The couple celebrated their engagement in November of last year.
