March 26, 2025: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is all set for the release of his much-anticipated action film Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. Recently, Salman and Murugadoss teamed up with Aamir Khan to create a fun and engaging promotional video for the movie.

On Tuesday, Salman shared a teaser of this video on his Instagram, which created quite a buzz among fans. His caption read, “Amar Prem ka Andaaz with AR Murugadoss! #SikandarMeetsGhajini #AamirKhan.” The clip featured intense expressions from Aamir and Salman as they sat down for a conversation with Murugadoss. The playful moment took a dramatic turn when Aamir, referring to his iconic role in Ghajini, asked Murugadoss to settle the debate on who, between him and Salman, was the real “Sikandar.”

The upcoming film Sikandar also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles, adding more star power to the project. At the recent trailer launch event, Murugadoss shared an emotional and nostalgic story from his early days in the industry. He revealed how, as an Assistant Director (AD) in the past, he once tried to watch a shoot at Prasad Studios in Chennai. After speaking to the security guard, Murugadoss was allowed entry under two conditions: stay in the corner and don’t talk to anyone.

Murugadoss recounted his awe at witnessing a shoot involving Sridevi, but what truly caught his attention was the hero whose back was to him. He soon realized the actor was none other than Salman Khan. Despite the guard’s watchful eye, Murugadoss remained in awe and promised himself that one day he would direct a film with the superstar. Fast forward to years later, and Murugadoss made that dream come true by directing Sikandar with Salman Khan in the lead role.
