Aamir Khan’s New Coach Avatar Steals the Show in Title Song
June 5, 2025: Aamir Khan’s much-anticipated film Sitaare Zameen Par has just dropped its energetic and heart-touching title track, setting the perfect tone for this emotional sports drama.
A spiritual sequel to the 2007 blockbuster Taare Zameen Par, the film shifts focus to a basketball team of intellectually disabled individuals, led by Aamir’s character—an unlikely coach with a troubled past. Sentenced by court to mentor the team due to a drink-and-drive case, Aamir’s journey from resistance to redemption is filled with laughter, love, and life lessons.

The title track, composed by the legendary trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and sung by Siddharth Mahadevan, Shankar Mahadevan, and Divya Kumar, captures the spirit of overcoming odds with joy. The powerful lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya add emotional depth to the visuals of the team outplaying their opponents on the court.
In a delightful twist, the song also offers glimpses of a budding romance between Aamir and Genelia Deshmukh, who plays his on-screen love interest.
