Abhishek Bachchan’s “I Want to Talk” Unveils First Song “Dil Ghabraye”

Mumbai, November 11: As the highly anticipated Abhishek Bachchan-starrer I Want to Talk gears up for its release, the makers have unveiled the film’s first song, “Dil Ghabraye,” marking the Bollywood debut of acclaimed indie artist Taba Chake. Known for his soulful voice, Chake brings a heartfelt authenticity to this emotional track.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Chake expressed his gratitude in a press note, saying, “Creating the music for I Want to Talk has been truly special. The film’s emotional core resonated deeply with me, and I wanted the music to mirror that raw, heartfelt connection.”

Director Shoojit Sircar praised the song’s significance to the film, stating, “This song is the emotional backbone of I Want to Talk*. Taba’s unique voice brings an authenticity that perfectly complements the story.”*

Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, I Want to Talk is set for release on November 22, 2024. The film explores the moving journey of Arjun (played by Abhishek Bachchan), a man facing a life-altering health issue while also navigating the emotional complexities of his personal relationships.

The trailer, recently unveiled on social media, offers a sneak peek into the emotionally layered narrative, revealing Bachchan in an intense, transformative role. His portrayal of Arjun includes multiple character looks and a potbellied appearance, reflecting his character’s inner and outer challenges.

I Want to Talk weaves together drama and dark humor, a hallmark of Sircar’s storytelling style. The narrative captures Arjun’s journey as he prepares for a significant surgery, touching on the raw, personal revelations he encounters along the way. With support from family and friends, the story centers on Arjun’s inner battles, making the film an exploration of resilience and vulnerability.

Alongside Abhishek Bachchan, the film features a talented ensemble cast, including Johny Lever, Banita Sandhu, Pearle Maaney, Jayant Kriplani, and Ahilya Bamroo.
