The test took place at AIIMS in Delhi, and the police said that the findings would be “crucial evidence” in the case against him.

Kapoor was caught in Pune on Tuesday after being on the run for three weeks. The arrest came after a 24-year-old lady said that four males sexually attacked her at a party in the Civil Lines area on August 10. The victim said in her complaint that she got lost after drinking and was then gang-raped and beaten up by the accused, who also filmed the event.

On August 11, the Civil Lines police station got a FIR. Police say they have been looking for Kapoor for a long time. They found him in Goa and then nabbed him in Pune. Kapoor is in jail, but the search for the other three men charged in the crime is still continuing on.

Kapoor is a well-known Indian television actor who has been in a number of renowned shows, such as Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Saraswatichandra. The actor is being accused with rape under Section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which deals with penalty for rape.
