The high-profile separation, which spanned eight years, was officially concluded on December 30, 2024. Pitt is currently in a relationship with jewelry executive Ines de Ramon, signaling a new phase both personally and professionally.
The actor is preparing for the release of his much-anticipated film F1 – The Movie, directed by Top Gun: Maverick filmmaker Joseph Kosinski. Set to hit theaters and IMAX on June 27, the film will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
In a recent interview with GQ, Pitt candidly addressed the ongoing public interest in his personal life. “My personal life is always in the news. It’s been in the news for 30 years, bro,” he said. “Or some version of my personal life, let’s put it that way. It’s been an annoyance I’ve had to always deal with in different degrees, large and small, as I do the things I really want to do.”
He further reflected on the emotional toll of constant media attention, adding, “It’s always been this kind of nagging time suck or waste of time, if you let it be that… Mostly I feel pretty… My life is fairly contained. It feels pretty warm and secure with my friends, with my loves, with my fam, with my knowledge of who I am, that, you know, it’s like this fly buzzing around a little bit.”
When asked whether the legal conclusion of his divorce brought relief, Pitt responded, “No, I don’t think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally.”
