Ajay Devgn Shares Update On 'Dhamaal 4' As First Schedule Wraps Up At Malshej Ghat
April 10, 2025: Fans of the Dhamaal franchise can now officially begin the countdown to the highly anticipated fourth installment of the comedy series.
Actor Ajay Devgn shared a major update on the movie’s production on Thursday, revealing that the much-awaited film has entered its first shooting phase.
Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 marks the return of the beloved franchise that has been a staple in Indian cinema’s comedy genre. According to Devgn’s recent social media post, the first shooting schedule was successfully wrapped up at the picturesque Malshej Ghat in Maharashtra, setting the stage for what promises to be another chaotic and hilarious adventure.
Joining Devgn in this star-studded film are familiar faces from the previous installments, including Sanjay Mishra, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Sanjeeda Shaikh. Also featured in the ensemble cast are Anjali Anand and Upendra Limaye. The film’s set was further bolstered by the presence of seasoned performers like Ravi Kishan and Vijay Patkar, adding more excitement for the next chapter in the Dhamaal saga.
In his Instagram update, Ajay Devgn posted a group photo that featured the entire lead cast along with the producers and crew members, signaling the solid teamwork behind the film’s production. Following the successful completion of the first schedule, the next phase of shooting is set to take place in Mumbai.
The Dhamaal franchise has become one of the most successful comedy series in Bollywood since its debut in 2007. The original film, directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ashok Thakeria, quickly gained popularity, thanks to its ensemble cast of Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary, and Jaaved Jaaferi. The success of the first movie led to sequels such as Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019), both of which continued the tradition of over-the-top humor and slapstick comedy.
As Dhamaal 4 takes shape, expectations are high, and with its star power, fresh cast additions, and director Indra Kumar at the helm, fans can look forward to another rollercoaster of laughter and madness.
