Alia Bhatt is back in the producer’s chair! Following the success of Darlings and Jigra, Alia and her sister Shaheen Bhatt have announced their latest venture under Eternal Sunshine Productions: a coming-of-age romantic comedy titled Don’t Be Shy.

The announcement was made via a playful Instagram video on Prime Video, where the sisters are seen navigating a sea of action scripts before settling on this heartfelt story.


Plot Sneak Peek

The film follows Shyamili ‘Shy’ Das, a 20-year-old who thinks she has her entire future mapped out. However, life has other plans. As her world takes an unexpected turn, Shy is forced to re-evaluate everything she thought she knew about love, friendship, and the messy process of growing up.
