Alia Bhatt Shines In Action-Packed Drama ‘JIGRA’, Trailer Released

The much-anticipated trailer for Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, has been released, generating excitement among fans and critics alike.

The action-packed film stars Alia Bhatt in a powerful role, supported by Vedang Raina, and revolves around a gripping prison break narrative. The heart of the story lies in the unbreakable bond between a sister and her brother, with Bhatt playing Satya, a fiercely protective sister determined to save her brother, Ankur, portrayed by Vedang Raina.

Alia Bhatt announced the trailer’s launch on Instagram, writing, “All set? #JIGRA THEATRICAL TRAILER OUT NOW! See you in cinemas on October 11.” The trailer highlights Satya’s resilience, with one of the standout moments being her emotional declaration: “Maine kabhi nahi kaha, main sahi insaan hu. Main sirf, Ankur ki behen hu.” This line encapsulates her unwavering commitment to her brother, setting the tone for the film’s intense emotional journey.

This film marks Vedang Raina’s second screen appearance, following his debut in The Archies. The teaser has received positive feedback, building anticipation for its release.

Beyond its action-packed sequences, Jigra also boasts an engaging soundtrack, featuring the track “Chal Kudiye,” which reunites Bhatt with singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh.

A recreated version of the classic song “Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka” also makes an appearance, highlighting Raina’s vocal talents.
