All You Want To Know About Dhadak 2 Movie: Film Cast, Initial Reviews, Cost, Should You Watch it?

Dhadak-2 starring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Triptii Dimri was released in Theatres on August-1, 2025. The film was released after months of delay.

New Delhi, August-1, 2025: Dhadak-2 has hit the cinema hall today! The film was initially scheduled for a theatrical release on 22 November 2024, but it was postponed multiple times—first to 21 February 2025 and then to 1 August 2025. All previous release dates were missed due to various delays, including issues related to CBFC clearance.

The film stars Triptii Dimri, Sidhant Chaturvedi, Saurabh Sachdeva and Deeksha Joshi and has been produced by Dharma Productions, Zee Studios and Cloud 9 Pictures.

The flick has been written and directed by Shazia Iqbal. Shazia has earlier designed production for major OTT releases such as Sacred Games and Lust Stories.

The film is a Hindi remake of the 2018, hit Tamil film “Pariyerum Perumal” (The Emperor who mounts a Horse)

As per some reports, the film has been produced at a modest Budget of Rs. 50 Crore. The film is set to release on Netflix after it has completed its theatrical run.
