
Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna Reunite for ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ Trailer Launch
Mumbai, November 18: Actor Allu Arjun delighted fans by sharing a moment with co-star Rashmika Mandanna, calling their time together “memorable” as they jetted off to Patna for the grand trailer launch of Pushpa 2: The Rule.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Allu Arjun posted a picture of the duo aboard a private jet, captioning it, “Always a memorable time with the real Srivalli.” Rashmika, in turn, reposted the story with her own heartfelt note, “Always the most fun time for me with Pushpaa.”
The makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule recently unveiled the trailer, packed with action, drama, and powerful dialogues. Allu Arjun reprises his role as the fearless red sandalwood smuggler Pushpa Raj, with Rashmika as his love interest Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil as his formidable adversary, Bhanwar Singh Shekawat.
Highlights from the trailer include Pushpa’s grand entry, intense confrontations, and captivating dialogues such as “Pushpa naam chota hai lekin sound bahut bada,” and “Pushpa sirf ek naam nahi hai…Pushpa matlab ek brand,” leaving fans eagerly awaiting the sequel.
The trailer launch event at Gandhi Maidan in Patna drew massive crowds eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. However, the event saw some chaos, as fans created a stampede-like situation, prompting security personnel to use a baton charge to control the crowd. Videos from the venue captured the sheer excitement and craze among fans, with people climbing structures to catch a better view of the stars.
Directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit theaters on December 5. The film continues the saga of power struggles set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling, with Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil reprising their roles.
