Legal Proceedings and Industry Support

Allu Arjun, who was arrested on Friday following the tragic death of a woman and injury to her son during the December 4 premiere of his film Pushpa 2: The Rule, was released on Saturday morning after securing interim bail with a bond of ₹50,000.

His release sparked a wave of solidarity from the film industry. Fellow actors Rana Daggubati and Naga Chaitanya visited him at his Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad, offering warm hugs and words of encouragement. The actor was initially sent to 14 days of judicial custody by a lower court, but his legal team successfully secured interim bail from the Telangana High Court.
