Ananya Panday Celebrates New Parents Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal

The excitement in Bollywood is palpable as Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Monday. Fans and celebrities alike have been flooding the couple with congratulatory messages and best wishes. Among the well-wishers is actor Ananya Panday, who took to Instagram to share her joy.

In her Instagram stories, Ananya re-shared Varun’s announcement post and added a heartfelt message: “Baby no. 1!! Awesome people make awesome babies and you guys are awesome VD and Nats. So much love for your baby girl.”

The joyous news of their daughter’s birth on June 3rd quickly spread, with Varun Dhawan making a public appearance outside Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital on Monday night. Photographers captured the moment as Varun, accompanied by his father, filmmaker David Dhawan, escorted him to the car. Both father and son acknowledged the congratulatory messages from the paparazzi and fans, with Varun smiling and giving a thumbs up.

David Dhawan, now a proud grandfather, also expressed his happiness to the well-wishers gathered outside the hospital. The couple, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in 2021, had announced their pregnancy in February with a touching Instagram post. The image showed Varun planting a kiss on Natasha’s baby bump, accompanied by the caption, “We are pregnant, Need all your blessings and love #myfamilymystrength.”

As Varun and Natasha embrace parenthood, Varun is also gearing up for several exciting projects. He will star in the upcoming action thriller “Baby John,” directed by A Kaleeswaran and presented by Atlee in association with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios. Additionally, Varun will feature in the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series “Citadel,” opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The series, originally created by the Russo Brothers and starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden in its international version, has been recreated by Raj and DK for the Indian audience. Fans eagerly await the release date of this anticipated series. Varun is also set to appear in “Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari.”

Ananya Panday, meanwhile, is preparing for her next project, “Call Me Bae,” which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 6, 2024. The series, created by Ishita Moitra and directed by Collin D’cunha, features a star-studded cast, including Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.
