Ananya Panday Teases ‘Call Me Bae’ Dubbing Session on Instagram

After celebrating the lavish wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, Ananya Panday is back to work. On Thursday, she shared a glimpse from her dubbing session for the upcoming web series ‘Call Me Bae.’

In the video posted on her Instagram story, Ananya, dressed in a black outfit, is seen holding a cup with her portrait on it, smiling for the camera. She captioned the post, “Dubbing for my fave girl BAE.”

The series, which stars Ananya as Bella Bae Chowdhary, follows a billionaire fashionista who is disowned by her family after a scandal and embarks on a journey to independence. The show promises a mix of drama, fashion, and personal growth.

In May, the makers announced that ‘Call Me Bae’ will begin streaming on September 6, sharing a fresh poster on Instagram. Alongside Ananya, the series features Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra as Executive Producers, the series marks Ananya’s OTT debut. Written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair, and directed by Collin D’Cunha, ‘Call Me Bae’ explores Bella Bae’s transition from a wealthy heiress to a savvy hustler, navigating the challenges of Mumbai’s newsrooms with style and resilience.

Ananya is also set to star in ‘Control’ and ‘The Untold Story of C Sankaran Nair.’ Her previous OTT appearance in ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav received much acclaim.
