Ananya Panday’s ‘Call Me Bae’ Unveils First Track ‘Vekh Sohneyaa’

After the overwhelming response to the trailer, the makers of Call Me Bae, starring Ananya Panday, have unveiled the series’ first track, ‘Vekh Sohneyaa,’ on Tuesday. The music video, which has already started creating a buzz among fans, was shared on Instagram with the caption, “Here’s a ‘Bae’ approved track you shouldn’t miss. #VekhSohneyaa out now!”

The track is composed, written, and performed by the talented duo Charan and Bombay the Artist, marking their musical debut on an OTT platform. Produced by Dishant, ‘Vekh Sohneyaa’ encapsulates the vibrant and dynamic energy of Ananya Panday’s character, Bae, as she embarks on a new chapter of her life in Mumbai.

In the music video, Ananya a.k.a Bae is seen stepping into the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, where she learns more about herself through her close-knit friendships and a new romantic interest. The song reflects her journey of self-discovery and adaptation to her new reality in the city of dreams.

Ananya Panday shared her excitement about the track, saying, “The love and enthusiasm for the trailer have been overwhelming, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to my character Bella and the series. Recently, the makers also released the trailer of the series, packed with laughter and emotion. The trailer opens with a glimpse into Bae’s lavish lifestyle in New Delhi, which is abruptly shattered when she is disowned by her family. The scene then shifts to Mumbai, where Bae must learn to navigate her new life, from adjusting to public transportation to the demands of her job as a journalist.
