The Remake of “Sex and the City” will not have another season after HBO cancelled “And Just Like That”

August 2, 2025: It’s the end of the road for Carrie Bradshaw and her celluloid friends.

It was revealed recently that the ‘Sex and the City’ spinoff ‘And Just Like That …’ will come to an end with its third season.

The Show Runner confirmed the news that the show’s upcoming two-part finale will be its final episodes.The show stars Nicole Ari Parker, Kristin Davis, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sarita Choudhury and Cynthia Nixon as five friends in New York City.

“Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12,” a source said.

While And Just Like That never achieved the commercial or critical success of Sex and the City, many are still sad to be saying goodbye to beloved characters like Carrie Bradshaw.
