The 42-year-old actress was going down a flight of stairs when one of her shoe heels seemed to break off. She was wearing a stunning outfit with a checkered sheer blouse, a black pleated skirt, and silver-studded strappy heels. But the Oscar-winning star didn’t miss a beat. She was caught on camera smiling and clutching a bagel as she soon jumped up and told everyone who were watching, “I’m fine!”
