Annu Kapoor Gives Muhurat Clap for ‘Uttar Da Puttar’ as Filming Begins in Uttarakhand

May 14, 2025 : Veteran actor Annu Kapoor marked the beginning of the upcoming feature film Uttar Da Puttar by giving the ceremonial muhurat clap on Wednesday. The film has officially commenced shooting amidst the scenic landscapes of Uttarakhand.

Directed by Ravinder Siwach and produced by Sandip Kapur under the Promodome Motion Pictures banner, Uttar Da Puttar delves into the conflict between people’s unwavering faith in astrology, Vastu, and numerology and their belief in hard work and self-effort.

Alongside Annu Kapoor, the film boasts a strong ensemble cast including Rukhsar Rehman, Pawan Malhotra, Rajendra Sethi, Brijendra Kala, Sumit Gulati, Istayak Khan, Nitin Arora, Jeeveshu Ahluwalia, and Colonel Hunny Bakshi. The cinematography is being handled by Udaysingh Mohite.
