The evening centered around Eilish interviewing Grande about her role as Glinda in the upcoming Wicked adaptation.

However, a playful moment led to a buzz among the audience when Eilish mistakenly said she had “a few more songs” instead of “a few more questions” for Grande. Eilish quickly realized her slip-up, saying, “OK, a few more songs, and then… Songs? Did I say songs?” The crowd erupted with excitement, cheering and hoping for a surprise performance from the two stars.

Realizing the mix-up, Eilish quickly clarified, “Oh my God, I meant questions. I’m on tour, you guys. I’m used to saying that. Sorry. Whoa, OK, OK, OK, two questions.”

Despite the humorous blunder, the idea of a musical collaboration between the two artists sparked further excitement among fans. When the audience encouraged them to team up, Grande replied, “We do need to do that though.”

She revealed, “There’s many things where I commented like, ‘God, I just love Ariana so much,'” adding that she used to call Grande “Ari” when speaking to her brother. “And he’d be like, ‘Don’t call her Ari. You don’t know her,'” Eilish recalled. Grande responded with warmth, saying, “That makes me so really excited.”
