Saif, who was attacked by an intruder at his Bandra flat at around 2:30 am on Thursday, sustained serious injuries, including a major injury to his thoracic spinal cord. After undergoing surgery to remove a knife lodged in his spine and repair his leaking spinal fluid, Saif is currently in stable condition, though his recovery is being closely monitored by doctors.
