In response to the viral video and public pressure, Cubbon Park Police officers have initiated an inquiry. They reportedly questioned the pub’s manager for nearly an hour and are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the premises. The investigation aims to determine the sequence of events that led to Aryan Khan’s behavior—specifically, whether he reacted suddenly to the sight of the crowd or was provoked by shouting or heckling.

While no official complaint has been filed regarding the alleged misconduct so far, police have stated that if the investigation confirms that he misbehaved publicly, they are prepared to take legal action.
