Avika Gor Dives Into Thrilling Underwater Stunts in ‘Bloody Ishq’

Actress Avika Gor is generating buzz as she promotes her upcoming film, Bloody Ishq. In a recent interview, she detailed her exhilarating experience filming intense underwater stunts, which she describes as the most memorable part of her role.

“I’ve never done anything like this before. While I’ve portrayed fear in past roles, such as in 1920 and Mansion 24, the underwater scenes in Bloody Ishq were a new and exciting challenge. I love performing stunts, and this was an entirely different experience that I’ll cherish,” Avika shared.

She also expressed her enthusiasm about collaborating with renowned filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt. “Working with Mr. Bhatt and Mr. Vikram was a dream come true. It’s a significant milestone for me to be able to showcase my abilities under their direction. The writing is exceptional, and Vikram sir’s direction made the experience even more special.”

Avika praised her working relationship with Vikram Bhatt, noting how much she learned from him. “I spent so much time with Vikram sir on set, taking notes from his valuable insights. His clear vision made it easy for me to perform, and it felt like working with family.”

The trailer for Bloody Ishq, starring Avika Gor and Vardhan Puri, was released earlier this month. Directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Mahesh Bhatt, the film begins with a woman who loses her memory after an accident. As she arrives on a mysterious island with her husband, unsettling events begin to unfold in their home.

The film’s atmosphere recalls Vikram Bhatt’s earlier hit Raaz (2002), featuring similar ghostly elements. Bloody Ishq is set to release on July 26 on Disney+ Hotstar.
