March 2, 2025: On Tiger Shroff’s 35th birthday, fans of the actor got a special treat as a new poster for the upcoming Baaghi 4 was unveiled, giving a glimpse of a fierce and darker version of his iconic character, Ronnie.

The new poster, shared by the production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment on Instagram, shows Tiger in an intense avatar—blood dripping from his forehead, a cigarette dangling from his lips, and a piercing gaze aimed directly at the camera. The tagline, “This time he is not the same,” hints at a significant transformation in his character, piquing the curiosity of fans.

In the accompanying caption, Tiger reflected on how the Baaghi franchise has been instrumental in shaping his identity as an action hero. He shared how this franchise, which gave him his action-hero identity, is now set to redefine it. Tiger expressed his gratitude for the support fans have shown him over the years and hoped they would accept the new version of Ronnie just as they had embraced him when the first Baaghi film released.

“The franchise that gave me an identity and allowed me to express my eagerness to prove myself as an action hero… is now the franchise that is changing my identity. He’s definitely not the same this time, but I hope you guys accept him the way you did 8 years ago,” Tiger wrote in his post, while also tagging director A. Harsha, who will be making his Bollywood debut with Baaghi 4.

The Baaghi franchise began in 2016 with the release of the first film, directed by Sabbir Khan, which was inspired by the Telugu movie Varsham and the Indonesian film The Raid: Redemption. The sequel, Baaghi 2, released in 2018, followed by Baaghi 3 in 2020, with both films continuing to showcase Tiger Shroff in action-packed roles. The latest installment, Baaghi 4, promises to bring even more thrills, with a new look for Ronnie and a fresh direction for the franchise.
