The last theatrical release by Himesh, Happy Hardy and Heer (pre-COVID), managed a mere ₹11 lakh over its debut weekend, with lifetime earnings of ₹13 lakh. In contrast, Badass Ravi Kumar has performed 7,223% better in its opening weekend alone, reflecting a massive turnaround for the music-composer-turned-actor.

On Sunday, February 9, the film raked in ₹2.2–₹2.5 crore, bringing the three-day total to an impressive ₹9.52 crore. Here’s a day-wise breakdown of the collections:
Badass Ravi Kumar has already outperformed Azaad, the debut film of Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani, which garnered ₹7.61 crore in its lifetime. Next in line is Sonu Sood’s Fateh, which earned ₹18.87 crore. The momentum suggests that Himesh’s film could surpass this milestone soon.
Interestingly, Badass Ravi Kumar is on track to challenge the lifetime earnings of Himesh’s first hit, Aap Ka Suroor, which collected ₹12.43 crore. If the film continues its current trajectory, it could become the actor’s highest-grossing project yet.
