Himesh Reshammiya’s spoof-actioner Badass Ravi Kumar is nearing the end of its theatrical run, as Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava and Hollywood biggie Captain America: Brave New World take over screens.
The film, directed by Keith Gomes, had an encouraging opening with ₹2.75 crore, thanks to subsidized ticket prices, but it failed to sustain momentum. By the end of its first weekend, the film had collected ₹6.25 crore, and the first-week total remained under ₹8 crore.
Now in its second week, the box office trends suggest that Badass Ravi Kumar will wrap up under ₹10 crore net, making it one of the weakest performers among recent Bollywood releases.
