‘Badass Ravi Kumar’ Vs ‘Loveyapa’ Box Office: Himesh Reshammiya’s Film Does Better Than Junaid Khan’s Debut

Both films struggle at the box office, with Badass Ravi Kumar inching ahead in collections.

February 12, 2025: Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravi Kumar has taken a slight lead over Loveyapa, starring debutants Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, in their ongoing box office battle. Released on February 7, 2025, both films have struggled to maintain momentum, but Reshammiya’s musical action flick currently holds an edge over the rom-com.

Box Office Performance

According to Sacnilk,

  • Badass Ravi Kumar collected ₹0.60 crore on Monday (dropping 57.14% from Sunday) and added ₹0.44 crore on Tuesday, bringing its total earnings to ₹7.19 crore (nett).
  • Loveyapa, on the other hand, earned ₹0.55 crore on Monday (a sharper 68.57% decline) and added ₹0.45 crore on Tuesday, with a total collection of ₹5.55 crore (nett).

In terms of occupancy rates on Tuesday,

  • Badass Ravi Kumar recorded 5.85% occupancy in Hindi.
  • Loveyapa fared slightly better at 7.38%.

While Badass Ravi Kumar had a stronger opening weekend (₹6.15 crore), Loveyapa lagged behind with a ₹4.55 crore debut.
