‘Badass Ravikumar’ Maintains Lead Over ‘Loveyapa’ at Box Office on Day 6

Despite slow collections, Himesh Reshammiya’s action drama stays ahead of Junaid Khan-Khushi Kapoor’s rom-com as both films struggle to hit ₹10 crore.

February 13, 2025: ‘Badass Ravikumar’ Outpaces ‘Loveyapa’ as Both Films Struggle to Sustain at Box Office

February has kicked off with a lukewarm response for Bollywood at the box office, with both Badass Ravikumar and Loveyapa failing to break the ₹10 crore mark in their first week. However, Himesh Reshammiya’s action drama has taken a slight lead over Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s romantic comedy in box office numbers.

According to Sacnilk, after six days:

  • Badass Ravikumar has collected ₹7.85 crore in India and ₹8.65 crore worldwide.
  • Loveyapa has earned ₹6.25 crore in India and ₹6.65 crore globally.

Both films have witnessed a sharp drop post-opening weekend, making it unlikely for them to sustain for long, especially with Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava releasing on February 14.

Day 6 Box Office Performance

On Wednesday (Day 6), both films saw minimal gains:

  • Badass Ravikumar collected ₹55 lakh
  • Loveyapa collected ₹60 lakh

Despite this, Badass Ravikumar remains ahead overall.

Occupancy Trends

  • Loveyapa’s highest occupancy was in Mumbai (13.75%) and Chandigarh (13.25%).
  • Badass Ravikumar’s strongest hold was in Chennai (17.67%) and Surat (12.25%).
  • Both films saw below 10% occupancy in Delhi-NCR.

Can These Films Survive the Chhaava Storm?

With Chhaava’s release this week, both Badass Ravikumar and Loveyapa are expected to lose a significant chunk of screens and audience attention. If the Vicky Kaushal-led period drama opens strong, these films may fade out entirely by the second weekend.

While Badass Ravikumar has managed to hold a slight edge over Loveyapa, both films will need a miraculous turnaround to sustain beyond Week 1.

Stay tuned for further box office updates!
