Nearly three months after finalizing their divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly entangled in a real estate standoff over their shared $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, now listed at $68 million.

Despite having listed the property months ago, the 38,000-square-foot estate has failed to attract serious buyers — and insiders say the price tag is to blame.
“Ben is ready to slash the price by 15% to close the deal,” a source told TMZ. “But Jen won’t budge — she believes the property is worth every penny.”
Real estate experts agree with Affleck, saying the couple will need to drop the price significantly to secure a buyer in the current luxury market.
