Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Pull $60M Mansion From Market-Here's Why
July 2, 2025 | Los Angeles —Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have quietly taken their lavish $60 million Beverly Hills mansion off the real estate market, TMZ has learned, signaling yet another twist in the couple’s ongoing separation saga. Sources with direct knowledge say the estate has proven difficult to sell and is being temporarily pulled in hopes of relisting it later as a fresh property.
Lopez is still residing at the mansion, while also remodeling another home she recently purchased. The duo had reduced the listing price by over $8 million in May, dropping it to just under $60 million from the original $68 million—yet it failed to attract a buyer.
Multiple real estate insiders have reportedly called the massive mansion a “white elephant”—grand, expensive, and tough to offload. Despite the price cut, soaring insurance costs and its sheer scale may have turned off potential buyers.

Affleck, sources say, was strongly motivated to sell the home even before the price drop, with Lopez finally agreeing to bring the price down. Now, in an attempt to revive interest in the future, the property has been delisted, a common tactic to reset public perception on platforms like Zillow and Redfin.
The couple purchased the mansion for $60.85 million in May 2023, less than a year into their marriage. Just 14 months later, in July 2024, the property hit the market. By August 2024, Lopez filed for divorce—less than two years after their star-studded reunion and wedding.
The Beverly Hills home became a symbol of their whirlwind relationship: high-profile, glamorous, and ultimately, unsustainable.
While Affleck appears ready to move on from both the house and the relationship, Lopez is focused on finishing renovations at her new home. The couple has not issued a public statement on the delisting yet, and it’s unclear when or if the mansion will return to the market.
With A-list fame, skyrocketing property values, and emotional baggage wrapped into one massive home, the mansion’s future—and its next occupant—remains uncertain.
