Foster filed for divorce on October 17, 2023, citing irreconcilable differences, with their separation date listed as September 9, 2023, according to court documents obtained by People magazine.

In his filing, 44-year-old Foster requested adherence to their prenuptial agreement and equitable division of assets and debts. He also requested that both parties cover their own legal fees, with shared court expenses.
