Beyoncé Proves She’s “That Girl” After Onstage Wardrobe Slip During Cowboy Carter Tour Stop in London

While performing her hit “I’m That Girl,” the 43-year-old superstar was mid-step when her chaps unexpectedly slipped to the floor—right on beat. A TikTok video of the incident, posted on June 5, quickly went viral, showing Queen Bey handling the moment with her signature grace and power.

Without missing a note, Beyoncé bent down, picked up the chaps, smiled, and swayed her hips as though it was part of the choreography. The audience erupted, and social media followed suit.

💬 Fans React: “Even the Pants Were on Beat!”

TikTok users were quick to praise Beyoncé’s professionalism and her dancers’ seamless reaction.

“THE DANCERS DESERVE THEIR 10s!!! The way they fell back in line effortlessly!” one user wrote.
“Even the pants are on beat like Beyoncé always is!” another added.

Another viral comment quipped:

“Honestly, this doesn’t even look like a mistake. I love her lol.”

As the show continued, one of her dancers came over and refastened the chaps mid-performance, securing them as Beyoncé kept singing without breaking a sweat.

👑 A Family of Professionals

This isn’t the first time a member of the Carter family has handled a stage hiccup like a pro. During a Cowboy Carter stop in Chicago on May 15, Blue Ivy Carter, 13, had a moment of her own when her gold hoop earring got tangled in Beyoncé’s hair during their performance of “Protector.”

Blue Ivy remained calm, untangled the earring mid-choreography, and continued performing—once again proving that performance poise clearly runs in the family.

🎤 The Tour Continues

Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter European leg wraps in Paris on June 26, after which she heads to the U.S., with stops in Houston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and a final show in Las Vegas on July 26.

Wardrobe malfunction or not, Queen Bey proves—again and again—that the show must, and will, go on.
