Bhumi Pednekar’s crime thriller ‘Bhakshak’ teaser out now

The official teaser for the upcoming criminal thriller “Bhakshak” was released by the film’s creators on Thursday. The teaser was posted on Instagram by producer Gauri Khan, who wrote, “A fearless journalist on a mission to uncover the truth against all odds.” Inspired by real-life events, #Bhakshak will only be available on Netflix starting on February 9th. Under Pulkit’s direction, “Bhakshak” has important roles by Bhumi Pednekar, Sanjay Mishra, Aditya Srivastava, and Sai Tamhankar.

“Bhakshak” chronicles the struggle of a resolute lady seeking justice. As Vaishali Singh, Bhumi Pednekar plays the part of an investigative journalist who seeks to expose a horrible crime and expose the ground truth of crimes against women. Gauri Khan’s friends and admirers flooded the comment section with fire emoticons and red hearts as soon as she uploaded the teaser. Very good, wonderful, commented one person. “Our aim was to shed light on the harsh realities of society and spark conversations that lead to meaningful change,” Pulkit, the director, said. “I’m looking forward to more people joining this important dialogue.” Netflix, an over-the-top provider, will begin streaming the movie on February 9. In the meantime, Bhumi will appear in an untitled movie alongside Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh.
